Terms of Use

By using Scout you agree to these terms. If you're using Scout through your employer's team account, your organization's agreement with us also applies.

The service

Scout connects to your call-recording services, analyzes your sales calls with AI, and produces grades, clips, reports, and coaching. Accounts are currently provisioned by Scout Systems directly.

Your responsibilities

You must be 18+ and use Scout for lawful business purposes. You are solely responsible for complying with call-recording and consent laws in your jurisdiction and your prospects' jurisdictions — Scout analyzes recordings you already lawfully made; it does not make recording legal for you. Keep your login secure; you're responsible for activity under your account.

Connected services

When you connect Fathom or Zoom, you authorize Scout to access recordings and transcripts as described in our Privacy Policy. Those services have their own terms; we're not responsible for them.

Billing

Plans: Single User $199/month; Teams (1–19 users) $1,500/month + $97/user; Agency (20+ users) $5,000/month + $97/user. Monthly billing, cancel anytime effective the next cycle; no partial-month refunds. Pricing changes get 30 days' notice.

Your data, our platform

Your recordings, transcripts, and calls remain yours; you grant us the license needed to process them and deliver the service. Scout's software, prompts, designs, and everything we've built remain ours.

AI outputs

Grades, summaries, and coaching are AI-generated and may contain errors. They're coaching input, not guarantees, professional advice, or a substitute for your judgment. Cash figures and outcomes are extracted automatically and should be verified before relying on them.

Disclaimers and limits

Scout is provided "as is," without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is capped at what you paid us in the prior 12 months, and we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost deals or revenue.

Termination

You can stop anytime. We may suspend or terminate accounts violating these terms. On termination, we'll delete your data on request per the Privacy Policy.

General

Florida law governs. We may update these terms with notice; continued use is acceptance. Contact: justin@scoutsystems.io.
